Transforming your body is not an easy task, with each day that goes by I am looking forward to the end more and more.
Following the diets and keeping on top of the daily exercise but PCP has become as robotic as Megatron!

Underwater PCP.
Working out underwater is easier but the "no rest between workouts" is a real challenge!!!

Going.... Going..... Gut almost gone.
The hardest thing about PCP is not complaining when asked to spit the dinner bill, after only being able to eat one mouthful! Oh and a word of advice to new PCPer's, "All you can drink parties" when only on sparkling water are a waste of money.
Another week done and despite the diet I have still managed not to become a hermit, you might pay the price in $ terms but by not socialising and allowing PCP to consume your life the cost is a lot higher.
Things are falling into place, with the workouts taking less time. I'm sure this is a factor of being able to skip like a 9 year old school girl but either way less time means more free time.
P.S. For those with a pool an after skip dip is awesome.

The weeks keep falling.
The diet remains the easiest part of PCP due to the awesome food being loving made for me but the exercises are getting harder. That new frog jump is my least favorite so far but along with the new exercises came indulgence day!
Those of you who know me will know I've never been very good at taking advice, so you will be not surprised to hear I had 2 Corona beers (after a hike to big wave) despite Patrick's advice to avoid bubbles! Unfortunately (and this pains me to say) Patrick was right and the pay back was not worth!

Another week done.
Inspiration comes from many things and in many different way. This week I attended the Help for Hero's dinner and was privileged to hear Sir Ralph Fines, Andy McNab and a solider who had lost his leg in the Afghanistan war speak.
Listening to the struggles they had all faced throughout their lives, I thought about the PCP challenge and realised just how easy it is in comparison.
"skipped" the skipping today but did a 2 hour hike as a substitute-

Week 2 in paradise.
Just spent a week in Phuket, the skipping went a lot easier with this view.
Unfortunately I have managed to pick up a horrid cold so the not drinking has been a breeze. Diet has also been fine as its delicious and being lovingly made by Rie.
