Another week done.

Inspiration comes from many things and in many different way. This week I attended the Help for Hero's dinner and was privileged to hear Sir Ralph Fines, Andy McNab and a solider who had lost his leg in the Afghanistan war speak.

Listening to the struggles they had all faced throughout their lives, I thought about the PCP challenge and realised just how easy it is in comparison.

"skipped" the skipping today but did a 2 hour hike as a substitute-

  1. Way to keep it in perspective. The PCP is hard and it sucks, but in the end it's a luxury to be able to think and spend time taking care of yourself, a luxury that many don't have. Nice Eddie!
